Shawn Kennedy serves as the Executive Director of Fresh Start Network. Shawn is focused on providing directional leadership, building the network, and leading the FSN team. Shawn planted a life giving church in San Diego, CA and is now replanting a life giving church in Gulf Shores, AL. Shawn is passionate about watching leaders, teams, and churches take their next step with Jesus. He has a doctorate in Global Leadership and Spiritual Formation from Alliance Theological Seminary in Manhattan, New York. He is a Church Health Director for the Alliance  and an adjunct professor in the pastoral ministry department of San Diego Christian College.
